Afternoon 2p- 6p
Written on the Body
1. Repertory:
This track is for dancers who want to tailor their physical practice to ensemble skills and performance disciplines. Dancers will learn selections from Lingo’s works Relatively Real (2005), Tipping Point (2006) and Inhabit- a social art feast (2007). This material will then be manipulated, reworked and personalized for each participant using ensemble scores and one to one coaching. Material created during the two weeks will be shown in a final workshop performance.

2. All about your work…and then some:
This track is for dance makers who want time, mentorship and concrete tools to care for their work. Specific exercises from KT’s Reinvent Your Eye, Tools for Abstract Composition, will be combined with studio time and coaching from the entire faculty. Projects created during the intensive will have the option of being shown in the final workshop performance.
